ARTISTS IN SCHOOLS

• Artists work in local schools to establish links between the school and the gallery
• To explore topics and themes related to the work of contemporary artists
• To bring the work of living artists into the curriculum and into children's lives

• Children from local schools visit the gallery to meet an artist

AFTER SCHOOL ART CLUB

• Children working with artist Janet Currier in Rotherhithe School extended their work by visits to the gallery
• Work made by parents and children displayed in the gallery to celebrate achievement and present the work in a professional space
